Why this vehichle, what<br>was your motivation and any stories you want to share along it&#8217;s process. = After many<br>years and many rides taking them to and from different shops and none getting done. He<br>decided to step away from customizing any vehicles. One day on a Facebook post he saw<br>Frank Ayon from Phat Paint Customs post pictures of bagged painted rides. Juan Avila reached<br>out and asked who did the trucks? Frank replied that him, his brother Jossele Ayon, and the<br>crew at Phat Paint Customs built those rides. He couldn\u2019t believe that the young kid Frank he<br>met years ago was now building dream rides.<br>Name of Ride and story behind it = \u201cJarrito\u201d Built on accident, Juan brought the truck in to<br>repair a rough riding lowering kit. Before he knew it, he got the bug. He decided to bag it, once it<br>hit the ground and he looked around he realized it needed paint. Not just any paint, Phat Paint.<br>After going back and forth on colors. Juan and Frank decided a custom mixed had to be done.<br>Before paint was added they decided to ditch the rear bumper and slap a roll pan on. Shave<br>third brake light, and bed rails. Next was the engine bay, relocating wiring, battery, and adding<br>the front tubs this was in the hands of Chris KRASH Kappler. Now it was time for body work and<br>paint and graphics. Frank and Jossele took on the task glass, doors, bed, fenders were<br>unhinged for a proper makeover. After the truck was in its final assembly Juan decided the truck<br>needed a little more customizing that included shaving tailgate handle and door handles. So<br>back to paint it went to Charlie Slam , and Maxx wet sanded the now shaved parts for paint.<br>Makko at Lswerx handled shaved door wiring. Up next was upholstery which included custom<br>door panels, center console, carpet headliner plastics steering wheel and dash had to be<br>redone.
